Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions:

2. Access to Property: You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cash. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Scope of Work: Our cleaning service includes what you will select on the booking form. Additional services can be added upon request and may incur extra charges.
5. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will address any concerns promptly.
6. Liability: While we take precautions, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile items, or improper installation. Please secure valuable items before the service.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Pest Control Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Agreement: By booking our pest control service, you agree to these terms. Confirmation is provided via email or phone.
2. Property Access: You must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property. Inform us about any special requirements or concerns.
3. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept M-Pesa Till/Paybill, bank transfers, or cash. Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
4. Service Warranty: We provide a [duration] warranty for our pest control service. If pest issues persist within this period, we will re-treat the affected areas.
